Application Instructions
- Temperature: 140–160°C

- Pressure: Medium to firm
- Allow to cool slightly, then wipe over the transfer
- Peel while warm from one corner (warm peel)
- Cover with a Teflon or parchment sheet
- Repress for 10 seconds for a durable finish

Due to the custom nature of our DTF gang sheets and transfers, all orders are made specifically to your artwork and requirements. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom products unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
If you receive a product that is defective, incorrectly printed, or not as ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and details of the issue. Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
We are not responsible for issues resulting from:
- Incorrect artwork, sizing, or files supplied by the customer
- Low-resolution or non-print-ready designs
- Application errors (incorrect heat press settings, pressure, or technique)

Shipping
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Orders are processed and produced based on your selected gang sheet size and artwork. Estimated dispatch times will be provided at checkout and may vary depending on order volume.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation along with tracking details (where applicable). We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, but we will assist where possible.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering, as we cannot guarantee changes once production has started.
