Customised items
Personalised, printed or embroidered items cannot normally be returned or exchanged unless faulty, defective or supplied incorrectly by us. Please check sizes, colours, artwork and spelling before ordering.
Blank garments
Eligible non-personalised blank items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition. Contact Printora before returning an item so the return can be checked and authorised.
