Many items are available to purchase blank, or can be personalised with our premium embroidery and DTF (Direct to Film) printing services. As many of our workwear items are made to order, personalised, embroidered, or printed with custom designs, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on customised products unless the item is faulty, defective, or we have made an error with your order.
Please ensure all sizes, colours, garment options, logo files, artwork, spelling, and personalisation details are checked carefully before placing your order. Once a personalised or customised item has been produced, it cannot usually be returned or refunded due to a change of mind, incorrect sizing, or customer-supplied artwork errors.
If you receive an incorrect, faulty, or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos of the issue. Where the fault or error is confirmed to be ours, we will arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, refund, or return instructions where required.
For non-personalised blank items, returns may be accepted where the product is new, unworn, unused, and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds, where approved, are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
As personalised workwear, embroidery, and DTF printed items are produced to order, dispatch times may vary depending on product availability, artwork approval, order size, and production requirements. Estimated delivery times will be provided where available, but custom orders may require additional processing time before dispatch.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking details where available. While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside of our control may occasionally occur.
Please ensure your delivery address and order details are correct when placing your order, as we may not be able to make changes once your order has been processed or production has started.
