Personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please double-check all personalisation details, including spelling and sizing, before placing your order.
You may return most new, unworn, and unused non-personalised items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
If your return is due to our error, for example you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other eligible returns, customers are responsible for return postage.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details or follow the return process in your account. We will confirm the return instructions and notify you once your refund has been processed.
