Returns Policy

You may return most new, unworn, and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

If your return is due to our error (for example, you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, customers are responsible for return postage.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details or follow the return process in your account. We will confirm the return instructions and notify you once your refund has been processed.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

When you place an order, estimated delivery times will be provided based on product availability and the shipping option selected at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking details (where available). While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays caused by couriers are outside of our control.
