Sending your photograph

Choose Custom Photo Printed and upload or send a clear, high-resolution photograph using the product upload field or the order-contact method shown at checkout. The image will be adjusted to suit the round print area while avoiding unnecessary cropping wherever possible.

Please send the photograph promptly after ordering. Production cannot begin until a suitable image has been received. If the photograph is too small, blurred or unsuitable for the round format, Printora may contact you before printing.

Photo tips

• Use the original image file rather than a screenshot where possible
• Choose a sharp, well-lit photograph
• Avoid placing important faces or text close to the outer edges
• Allow some background around the main subject for the round crop
• Remember that a blurry source image will remain blurry when printed

Popular gift occasions

• Wedding and anniversary gifts
• Valentine’s Day and romantic keepsakes
• Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and family gifts
• New baby and milestone photographs
• Birthday presents
• Memorial and remembrance displays

Care and safety

Handle the glass panel carefully and place the base on a stable, dry surface. Wipe the glass gently with a soft, dry microfibre cloth. Do not immerse the wooden base, expose the electrical components to water or use abrasive cleaning products.

Delivery and returns

Custom-printed photo panels are made specifically from the image supplied with the order. Personalised products cannot normally be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind or an unsuitable customer-supplied photograph. This does not affect your rights where an item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what was ordered.

Please contact Printora promptly and include clear photographs if the glass, base or print arrives damaged or incorrect.

Dimensions and battery duration are approximate. Display colours may differ slightly from the original photograph because screens and printed glass reproduce colour differently.
