How It Works:

• Choose the artwork service option that best matches your design

• Place your order through the website

• Email your artwork/design files to orders@printora.co.uk with your order number

• Please send all required files, notes, sizes, colours, and instructions within 48 hours of placing your order

• We review the file before starting to confirm the selected service is suitable

• We carry out the required artwork adjustments where possible

• We aim to complete and return your enhanced file within 7 working days

Sending Your Artwork:
Please email your files to orders@printora.co.uk after ordering and include your order number in the subject line or email message. Accepted file types include PNG, JPEG, PDF, SVG, AI, PSD, and other common design formats. For best results, please send the highest-quality version of your design available.

Pricing & Complex Artwork Notice:
All prices shown are starting prices based on standard artwork requirements for each selected service. If your design is more complex than the option selected, requires detailed redrawing, heavy manual editing, multiple elements, mascot-style artwork, or a full custom design, we may need to charge more.

If the selected service does not cover the amount of work required, we will email you before starting. You may be asked to upgrade to the correct package or pay an additional amount. If you do not wish to continue with the revised price, we may cancel and refund the order.

Important Artwork Notice:

• Very low-quality files may not be fully restorable

• We will improve the supplied artwork as much as possible based on the original file quality

• Upscaling, quality boosting, and vectorising results depend on the quality and detail of the file provided

• This service does not include creating a completely new design from scratch unless the Custom Design Starting Package has been selected

• The Custom Design Starting Package covers standard custom artwork only; detailed, complex, or multi-element designs may require an additional quote

• Work will only continue once any required additional payment has been agreed and completed

• If you are unsure which option to choose, please contact us with your artwork before ordering and we will advise the best option

Turnaround Time:
Please send your artwork and all required instructions within 48 hours of placing your order. Once we have everything needed, we aim to complete and return your enhanced file within 7 working days. Complex artwork or delayed file submission may extend the turnaround time.
